Unarmoured:  Volunteer Call-Out

Terms & Conditions 

• Participants must be aged 7 or over on the day of the event. Participants under 18 must be registered by, and accompanied throughout the event by, a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. 

• This offer entitles each registered volunteer to one (1) standard entry ticket for one (1) day of entry to Sculpture on the Gulf 2027 (26 February – 29 March 2027, Waiheke Island). 

• One ticket per registered participant who SOTG has confirmed and attended the Unarmoured event (SOTG will check-off and confirm attendees on the day). Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

• Tickets will be issued to volunteers in February 2027, who take part in the Unarmoured event at Matiatia Beach on Saturday 31 October (or the rain day, Sunday 1 November). 

• Entry date is at the ticket holder's discretion within the exhibition period, subject to availability. 

• By registering, participants (and, for under-18s, their parent or guardian) agree that Sculpture on the Gulf and its representatives may photograph and film the event and use this imagery for marketing, promotional and archival purposes, without further notice or compensation. 

• Sculpture on the Gulf reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. 

• We collect your name, contact details, age, any mobility needs and details of accompanying children to run this event.

  • We use it to organise the event, communicate with participants, issue tickets and keep everyone safe.

  • It is stored securely, kept only as long as needed, and not sold.

  • It is only shared where needed to run the event or where required by law.

  • You can ask to see or correct your information by contacting Sculpture on the Gulf.

  • Adults agree to this on behalf of any children they add.
